January 22, 2016 is a date that Steve and Sachi will never forget. On that day, they got the worst news a parent could receive, that their son has been shot in a gun accident at a friend’s home. Their son James would be declared dead a few days later.
The family was overwhelmed by the sudden and tragic loss of their son. They were referred to Managing Partner Gary Lesser by a family friend and an insurance defense lawyer familiar with the firm’s reputation. Gary’s immediate concern was the well-being of this family, and he spent a lot of time trying to help the family go through the steps of dealing with this loss.
