Lesser Law Firm wins $1M settlement following crash caused by delivery driver

Our clients’ car was sideswiped by a cargo van whose driver was working for a delivery company that was subcontracted by Amazon. Following the crash, the driver, who had a warrant out for his arrest, fled the scene.
