Stuart Attorney Joshua Ferraro received an appointment by Governor Rick Scott to the Board of the Children’s Services Council of Martin County.
The Council is governed by a Board of local elected officials, governor appointees, and statutory designees. It provides a dedicated funding source for children’s programs proven to positively impact the quality of life for all residents of Martin County. The purpose of the Children’s Services Council is to plan, coordinate, fund, and evaluate programs that serve children and families in Martin County. The Council also aims to address public policy issues relating to children.
Josh is a long-time Martin County resident and attorney at Lesser Lesser Landy & Smith. He currently serves as President of the Martin County Police Athletic League, the Vice-President of Keep Martin County Beautiful, and serves on the board of Floridians Fighting Falls.
