Firm Attorney Austin Diaz has been selected as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney by The National Trial Lawyers.
The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 recognizes accomplished civil plaintiff and criminal defense trial attorneys under the age of 40 from each state or region. Membership is extended by invitation only to attorneys who demonstrate excellence in their practice and leadership within the legal profession.
Austin represents clients in catastrophic personal injury cases involving vehicular negligence, trucking accidents, maritime incidents, premises liability, defective products, construction defects and negligent security. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, including the Florida Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Beyond his work on behalf of clients, Austin is actively involved in the legal profession and the community. He serves on the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Judicial Relations Committee and Law Related Education Committee, is a board member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court and serves on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Human Resources Council.
