Lillian J. Lesser

For Lillian J. Lesser, great-granddaughter of Firm Founder Joseph Lesser, practicing law comes down to advocacy.
She became an attorney to help bridge the gap between individuals and a legal system that can feel intimidating or inaccessible, and she believes clients deserve to feel heard and supported throughout the legal process.
A fourth-generation attorney in the West Palm Beach office of Lesser, Landy, Smith & Siegel – Florida Injury Lawyers, Lillian focuses her practice on car accidents, truck accidents, golf cart accidents, cruise ship injuries, premises liability and contingency business litigation.
She previously worked as a law clerk at the firm, where she gained hands-on experience researching complex legal issues and writing case narratives for litigation preparation. This reinforced her interest in personal injury law and in finding practical, creative solutions for clients facing difficult circumstances.
Before returning home to Palm Beach County, Lillian worked at an estate law firm in New York, where she prepared estate planning documents and probate and administration petitions for clients throughout New York City and Long Island. During law school, she represented children through Hofstra Law School’s Youth Advocacy Clinic in matters involving abuse, neglect, abandonment, custody, and immigration. She also interned for U.S. Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke in the Eastern District of New York.
Lillian earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School, where she served as a Hofstra Law Ambassador and Peer Mentor. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Business Administration from Northeastern University, where she also minored in Mandarin Chinese.
Lillian considers it an honor and privilege to advocate on behalf of her clients, especially at the firm her great-grandfather founded nearly 100 years ago.
