Austin R. Diaz
Attorney
Austin R. Diaz focuses his practice in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, vehicular negligence, trucking, maritime, premises liability, products liability, construction defect, negligent security, and medical malpractice litigation at the state and federal level.
Austin previously worked for Florida’s largest insurance defense firm representing both insureds and carriers. While the experience was rewarding, he quickly realized that his calling was to help people hold corporations and individuals accountable through the court system.
Austin is admitted to practice law in all Florida Courts including the Florida Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.Â
Austin is a member of the Florida Justice Association, FSU Law Alumni Association, ABA Legal Opportunity Scholars, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where he serves on the Judicial Relations Committee and Law Related Education Committee. He is a board member of the Craig S. Barnard Inn of Court and serves as a pupilage group leader.Â
Born and raised in Miami, Austin graduated from the Florida State University College of Law where he was repeatedly recognized for his academic achievement and stellar advocacy as part of their nationally top ranked Trial Team. He also spent time studying comparative law at Oxford University in England.
Austin and his wife, Cristine Hamilton-Diaz, proudly call Palm Beach County their home.
