Tami Wolfe is an experienced trial attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator who has practiced law in Florida for 32 years. Prior to her arrival at our Firm, she was the Senior Litigating Attorney and Managing Partner of Kalis, Kleiman & Wolfe.
Tami concentrates in the litigation and trial of significant negligence cases involving Automobile Accidents, Slip/Trip and Falls, Negligent Security, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Brain & Spinal Cord injuries, Medical Malpractice, Qui Tam (Whistleblower) Cases under the False Claims Act and Mass Tort Cases including Defective Drugs and Defective Medical Devices.
Early in her career, Tami worked for a prominent defense firm trying cases for major insurance companies. But for the last 20 years, she has used what she learned on that side of the courtroom to help injured individuals pursue justice after an accident or injury caused by someone else.
Tami is admitted to practice in all County and Circuit Courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She is also a Licensed Private Investigator.
Tami is a member of The Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Broward County Trial Lawyers. She is also the Past President of the Davie-Cooper City Rotary Club.
Growing up in Florida, Tami obtained her A.A. in Theatre, B.A. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and earned her Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University.
